How does the rental process work?
Submit a rental request through our website. We'll review it and respond within 24 hours. Once confirmed, you'll sign the rental agreement and we'll schedule delivery to your job site. All equipment is delivered and picked up by us.
What's included with the T76 rental?
The tooth bucket is included at no extra charge with every T76 rental. Additional attachments — grapple bucket, pallet forks, trencher, stump bucket, and ripper — are available at separate daily and weekly rates.
What are the rental periods?
We offer four rental periods: Daily (1–4 days) at $300/day, Weekend (Friday PM – Monday AM) at $600, Weekly (5 consecutive days) at $1,300, and Custom Term (6+ days) quoted in writing. Rental time begins upon delivery and continues until equipment is physically retrieved by us.
How does delivery work?
We deliver and pick up all equipment — you cannot transport it yourself. Local delivery is $150 round trip (delivery and pickup included). Extended area delivery is $3.50 per mile beyond the local service area. You're responsible for ensuring clear access at your job site for both delivery and pickup.
How does fuel work?
Equipment is delivered fueled. You'll be charged for fuel consumed at the current Georgia average daily diesel rate at the time of return.
Can I move the equipment to a different location?
No. Equipment must remain at the approved job site at all times. You are strictly prohibited from transporting, towing, or relocating equipment, or allowing anyone else to do so. Unauthorized relocation may result in immediate termination of the rental, deposit forfeiture, and recovery fees.
What if I need to extend my rental?
Contact us before your scheduled pickup time. Extensions must be approved in writing prior to the scheduled pickup. Early returns do not reduce charges unless approved in writing.
